Simplex is an established multi-disciplinary company, founded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2003 by architect Bon Eng and interior designer Yenn Yap. We have successfully delivered varied architecture, masterplan, BIM, interior, and design & build projects across major areas of discipline. Our studios quickly developed an international reputation for creating innovative, contextual and compassionate designs.
To bring our expertise to our clients all over the world, we expanded to Guangzhou in 2008 and Milan in 2015. With offices across the world, our practice works as decentralized entities that are both ethnically and culturally diverse, with people central to all our endeavors. Today our team is a mix of experienced architects, interior designers, engineers, talented young designers, and an array of highly skilled specialists from more than 10 nationalities. Our team brings global perspectives, fresh thinking and a more diverse outlook that allows us to tackle some of the most exciting and pressing challenges of the 21st century through a myriad of perspectives.
